It is definately not bad at all, and I love how you set up the second floor seating and whatnot (which is something I hoped you would do when you finally got it set up and working). I do have a few recommendations though, so I hope you do not mind the constructive criticism. The two main things I see that are just a wee-bit jarring is that the building is really square, which is not too bad but I think a few adjustments could be made so that it doesnt look so blocky. Another thing is that the walls that you are using are probably not the highlight of the EA art teams work. Its kind of a bit jarring. I would personally recommend a slightly more grey hued tone with There are two main things that I see which are just a wee-bit jarring as far as the overall theme, but nothing too major. For one, I think the building itself is way too square. I mean, it is not necessarily a bad thing but I think some different uses of the space you have would lead to a overall prettier and Thespian design. Also, the main walls are definately not the highlight of the art teams career, and I would recommend some sort of change, as it seems really out of place. I would recommend a grey stone overall theme (and do not forget the windows) - especially a type that includes the stained glass windows, which are absolutely beautiful and come in different images and colors. Also, I would use Tokuno-style walls and doors for the interior dressing room walls and doors, as it would be really fitting. I think the dressing rooms also could use a little more space, as you probably will be kicking yourself when you cannot decorate them with all the pretty new things. I would recommend making them larger, and then theming each one slightly differently with decorations once you get started - disguise kits, tribal masks, and other decorations on the tables would be spectacular, and if you grab a few heritage tokens, you can get the drawers w/ mirrors, which would be fabulous. Oh, and there were a few things that I see a few mistakes that could be rectified with the right thingies, and... There is something I would recommend as far as the doors, but I couldnt explain, so I will have to show you later if I get the chance. Also, here are a few additions that would work: This would make a very nice roof for a top floor room rooftop (using bedrolls raised with an interior decorator): This could fit in one of the dressing rooms: This would fit too: THis is a pretty cool idea too: ...and if at first you dont succeed, make a mountain!

no, if you do that mountain idea Nick I will harass you until you change it. That thing is hideous! Its cool, but HIDEOUS. Its a neat looking building, but I bet some rope barracades which bro shows in one of the pictures before, and some spiral staircases on the main floor would look good. Yes you can do Spiral staircases. And how are the actors going to get into the dressing rooms? Otherwise I likes! And since we are on housing... this is.. 'the keep'

I may very well end up doing something very similar to your place, sister. *Chuckles* I was original planning on doing something smaller with a courtyard, but I am finding that I am going to need more rooms if I plan on having a small noble family, a mob boss, and two vagabonds (one of which is the heir, the other with a mysterious past) living out of the same place. *Cackles*
Anyways though! I hope Nick doesnt take it the wrong way, its definately a sweet looking theater, just needs some adjustments to make those south-west corners look right and tinker with some of the wall types, and I think it would look fabulous! *Weak wrist* *Flips hair*

Well I'm going to see what I can come up with for ideas possibly. But I believe Nick you releated a problem with those two corners? I dunno if its the plot or if its the building. oh, red goza mats, the long ones laid out side by side, make a wonderful red carpet too, so I found out.
Oh, bro, don't tell me you want one too. LOL! I seriously had to make a tower dedicated purely to teleporters tho. Its not that space efficient, but its good enough. ;D besides, there are three oubliette in it.

I think that it is probably going to have some similarities, but its not going to be necessarily alike - probably somewhat of a mix of a keep like what you have got going and some sort of fortified tower like the one Lord Dr. Pepper built in Luna. I am almost completely swearing off teleporters if I can avoid it (I just really do not like them, plus its unlikely that the lore of a small community of superstitious woodsman and druids who already are dealing with the fact that a mob boss and pirates use their town as a stopover would make excessive use of magic). I think the main theme will be the Twisted Tower (or Tower of Ashaba) of Shadowdale from the Forgotten Realms - which is partially where I drawing some inspiration for the little village in the first place.
I think the idea is basically it has been paritally destroyed and rebuilt a number of times, so the overall theme will definately be defendability (and I hope to make it moderately fortified, so that should we ever have player killers to deal with it will be hard to get spells cast into the place). I am thinking something along the lines of it was one of two villages that once existed south of Yew, and about ten years ago a number of Orcs and Ratmen led by what many believe to be Dark Elves flooded out of Sanctuary to answer the call of Lord Blackthorne during his final stand south of Yew, and they managed to destroy one city and basically destroy this one too, killing Lord Cassander. With his heir having been recently sent off to Trinsic, the only choice was to let leadership pass to a steward official who had the resources to rebuild the village (which is still occuring) - that official is the semi-corrupt merchant lord I am planning on making. It was under his leadership that the more corrupt members of society have found a new alternative to Buc's Den, but he has shown that he has no love of those who might threaten his village (i.e. the Shadowlords, who are considered KOS).
...Ok, I am rambling again! Anyways!
