Alrighty! Great movie! So I suggest it, it's awesome! Alrighty, it's about this girl by the name of "Chihiro" who just moves into a New Town with her Parents. She is kind of spoiled in a way, and always complains, and is barely greatful. She hates the idea of having to go to a new school and meet new people. Their parents take a wrong turn while going to the house, and end up stopping in front of a small cave like area that leads into a building. Chihiro's dad insists on taking a look, and her mom does not approve of it. After a while, her dad finally drags them along, and Chihiro does not approve of it herself. They run into a deserted/abandoned festival area, and her parents find (oddly enough) food llying out around, but nobody around. Chihiro finds this odd and tries to beg her parents if they can leave, but they continue to eat, and Chihiro decides to wander off. She comes to a bridge that leads to Bath/Wash house. She notices a train down below, and many things, when a boy comes up to her and tells her to leave, as night begins to fall. Lights begin to light up the town and odd creatures come about. Chihiro goes to find her parents and where they were, were now giant pigs eating and eating food non stop. (Okies I wont spoil it all, and intentionally left out detail). Short summary, the story is about a young girl (Chihiro), who gets trapped in a strange New world of spirits. And her parents undergo a mysterious transformation of some sort, and she must bring her courage about to save not only her parents, but herself as well. (And there is a bit of Romance, not a big Romance, but a bit....WILL NOT SPOIL IT FOR YOU!!! ^.^)...ok anyways, it's an awesome movie! I so highly suggest it!!! Whatever you do, you MUST watch it! Please! okies, well I better get along now, I might post up a few more things on different movies, but since this is about Spirited Away, lets just say it is a great movie. Made by the same person her did "Princess Mononoke" which is awesome too! Oh my gosh, you MUST MUST MUST watch that too! ^.^
